Learn the basics moves of salsa from experiences dance instructors from Durban Red Salsa – put a mini routine together and compete to become the best salsaero!
A guessing game in which players attempt to identify words from pictures drawn by other players.
Production of a specific music instrument (shakers) as a group to meet the order requirements. The Production Line Team Building activity helps participants experience and evaluate the positive impact of change within a company. Participants themselves will need to determine the changes needed to improve productivity within their newly formed companies.
VIRTUAL 30 SECONDS
Each round the team draws a card and then has 30 seconds to explain up to five different words printed on that card. The team can move forward one square for each correct answer. The objective is to reach the end of the track first but the team who started second needs to play last

5 TIBETAN RITES CLASS 20-30mins
The 5 Tibetan Rites are a series of 5 Yoga poses practiced in a continuous sequence of movement. The movements work on balancing our Chakras, the energy systems of our body. They are also known as the Fountain of Youth and are amazing to improve the flexibility of the spine. They are also easy for all ages and levels.
UNDERSTANDING STRESS – 60mins
A 60 minute talk about the effects of stress and fear in our body and simple and easy ways to balance it.
GUIDED MEDITATIONS – 20-30mins
Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by another party. It can be as short as a few minutes or as long as several hours. Either way, the purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief.
PRANAYAMA - BREATHING EXERCISES –( 20-30mins)
Yoga Breathing or Pranayama, is the foundation of your yoga practice. It begins with deepening your breathing with the 4-part breath, then moves into more advanced breathing exercises such as Kapalabhati and the Alternate Nostril Breath
LAUGHTER YOGA (30mins)
Laughter yoga is a modern exercise involving prolonged voluntary laughter. This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter.

A uniquely designed amazing race challenge with modes of transport being bicycles and by foot. Unlocks clues to get to secret checkpoints, then complete challenges and receive the next clue. This is survivor meets amazing race for the ultimate in outdoor fun!
POPULAR CORPORATE PACKAGES
Team is set a task of removing a bucket of water (toxic waste) situated on top of a barrel. The demarcated area around the barrel is the contaminated zone (represented by boundary rope). Using specific equipment the team must rescue the bucket in 20 min.
45 Mins- This exercise focuses on the following themes: Leadership, Communication, Team Process and Time Management
Team is provided with a 3m X 3m canvas mat divided into blocks (representing a chess board). Some of the blocks are safe and some contain figurative land mines. The goal is to uncover all the squares that do not contain mines
45 Mins - The exercise focuses on the following themes: Planning, Delegation, Communication and Team effectiveness.
Tailing Dam Evacuation
Teams are located on an island (in orange) which will sink in 2 minutes. 3 planks,3 x 3m ropes and a stick are provided as equipment. The team's task is to rescue their yellow bucket and evacuate the tailing dam.
45 Mins - This exercise focuses on the importance of working well in Silos, team cohesion and negotiation.
Drum facilitators will conduct a drumming workshop showing delegates how to play simple rhythms on the drums. Activity used to unite the group and build team synergy.
1 Hour - This exercise focuses on the following themes: Team Cohesion, Listening, co-ordination, achieving goals, group synergy and Team Wellbeing.
Mental Mind Challenge
Team go up against each other to find the matching pairs of various items under each of the bowls. Strategy is keys and teams will need to communicate very well.
